Be a People Team Go‐To: Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees, helping them navigate all things people‐related. What We're Looking For HR Rockstar: You've got at least 3 years of experience in a fast‐paced, creative, or agency environment and thrive in the buzz of it all. Proactive Prioritiser: You have both a natural and proven ability to multi‐task, handle a busy day and re‐prioritise your to‐do list. You act proactively and are highly responsive when something needs to happen! Master Communicator (both written and in‐person): Whether it's advising leaders or supporting employees, you know how to build trust and keep things running smoothly. Tech‐Savvy: You're comfortable using Google Suite, and Employment Hero (or ready to learn!).
