Job Description This permanent, full-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role. Service Location Milperra NSW **** You'll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: Before school care: 6.30am-8.30am After school care: 1.45pm-6pm Admin hours: 6.75 Total hours: 38 The Role – Be the Leader Who Makes a Lasting Impact! As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a protected, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service. The Successful Candidate Natural leader with a passion for teaching children. Thrives in a fast‐paced environment and still a big kid at heart! Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals. Strong problem‐solving skills and a can‐do attitude. Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary‐aged children. Energetic, enthusiastic, and loves to have fun. Relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards. As part of TeamKids' commitment to child safety, all successful candidates are required to complete mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko prior to commencing employment with TeamKids.
