Our Home Health program delivers in‐home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities. Home Care Support Worker North Shore and surrounding areas: Pymble, Turramurra, Wahroonga, Waitara, Hornsby, Killara, Asquith, Mount Colah, Mount Kuring‐gai, Berowra, Westleigh, St Ives, Thornleigh. What's On Offer Permanent Part‐time or Casual contracts, depending on location and availability Pay $****–**** per hour (depends on experience) + 12% super + travel allowance of $0.92 per km + paid travel time Stable roster with opportunity to work extra hours based on business needs Smartphone and uniform – ready when you join us Fully supported and paid induction program Fitness Passport – discounted gym membership programme for eligible employees and their families Your Current Role Help at Home: cleaning, laundry, meal preparation etc. Transportation and Personal Care: assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding etc. Client Awareness: build relationships with clients and families, conduct client observations with ongoing support and training. Safety Practices: adhere to health and safety guidelines and policies.
