Key Responsibilities Provide elite table service following Japanese hospitality standards. Handle a busy lunch rush with efficiency, warmth, and professionalism. Collaborate with the kitchen and management to ensure a seamless guest experience. Maintain high standards of venue presentation and compliance (RSA). Qualifications & Skills Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a premium or quick‐paced hospitality environment. Communication: Excellent verbal English and the ability to build rapport with CBD corporate clients. Compliance: Must hold a valid NSW RSA Competency Card. Attitude: A proactive \"can‐do\" mindset and a genuine interest in Japanese culinary culture. Schedule: Monday
