What you'll be doing The successful candidate will design, execute, and interpret quantitative LC–MS/MS assays for small molecules in biological matrices. This position is in a non-GLP environment and requires the ability to adapt to changing tasks with agility. What we're looking for Laboratory skills : Preferred candidates will have experience with day-to-day instrument operation and maintenance (LC–MS/MS and HPLC), as well as HPLC-based purity and content assays in a CMC environment, including method development, troubleshooting, and ensuring data integrity suitable for regulatory documentation. Organised and proactive : Able to plan, prioritise, and anticipate laboratory needs to keep operations running smoothly. Solid communicator : Clearly documents work, shares data, and collaborates effectively with colleagues across disciplines. Quality‐driven : Demonstrates a high attention to detail and a commitment to producing reproducible, high‐quality results.
