Salon Lane is recruiting for a dynamic Retail Operations Coordinator. The role would suit a dynamic, organised retail skilled professional with an eye for detail and a passion for all things hair and beauty. Hours: 30 per week. Days: Monday – Thursday. Location: St Leonards, Bondi Junction, and Surry Hills. About the Role Work directly with the Retail Growth Manager to support retail operations and maximise retail product sales by creating a premium and exceptional retail experience for our members' clients and walk‐in consumers. Manage and co‐ordinate day‐to‐day set up and back‐of‐house tasks for our 3 Sydney sites, and collaborate with the Member Experience team to maintain efficient retail processes and stock levels across all sites. Receive and manage incoming product orders. Implement impactful visual merchandising and update regularly according to the promotional calendar. Monitor store and salon consumable usage to ensure adequate supply. Support the planning, organisation, and execution of retail store openings and events. Perform and complete additional projects, duties, and assignments as required.
