Employment Details Type: Full time, temporary (up to Friday, 27th November ****, with a possibility of extension) Hours: 35 hour working week Location: Pitt Street office, Sydney CBD, close to public transport Inclusive workplace reflects communities we serve About this role This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated HR qualified to join the HPCA's People and Culture team as the HR Advisor. The role is closely involved in key people and culture activities and provides support to managers and staff on a range of people-related matters with a high level of customer service. Key Responsibilities Respond to queries related to recruitment and employment legislation. Provide advice on people-related matters to managers and staff. Support implementation of HR policies, projects and initiatives. Coordinate a range of administrative processes. Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience. Understanding of employment matters, ability to interpret awards and conditions and apply Public Sector legislation and policy guidelines. Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service. Salary Crown Clerk 5/6 salary from $99,938
