We are looking for a Lead Designer and Trend Forecaster to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Responsible for owning and delivering trend-led, commercially successful collections that align with White Fox's brand aesthetic. Lead seasonal trend forecasting across runway, street style, social media and competitors. Identify and interpret macro and micro trends relevant to the brand's customer. Develop seasonal mood boards, key themes and collection frameworks for all collections. Establish cohesive colour palettes, print direction and fabrication stories that flow consistently across categories. Create original, on-brand designs aligned with customer profiles and brand DNA. Oversee the design process from initial concept through to handover. Lead and mentor the design team, managing timelines, planning and workload distribution to ensure critical path deadlines are met. Provide structured guidance and development to junior team members, elevating both creative output and execution standards.
