Who we are looking for A team player who strives for excellence across sales, operations and team development. Experience and passion for delivering best‐in‐class experiences. A coach who can motivate, inspire and level up a large team of brand ambassadors. Minimum of 3‐5 years experience in a premium, fast‐paced retail environment, with a proven record of driving sales and KPI targets. A leader with a motivated & driven 'Make it Happen' attitude. Strategic thinker, able to identify opportunities for future growth. Experience in effectively managing rosters and achieving cost‐efficiency metrics.
