Instructional Designer (Sydney)

Role We're hiring 2 Instructional Designers to support a large-scale banking transformation program within the mortgages space. This is a hands‐on role focused on translating complex system and process changes into explicit, practical, \"human\" learning for frontline and operations teams. You will work closely with change and delivery teams to design learning that reflects how work is actually performed in a high‐volume, regulated workplace. A key part of the role is the ability to cut through complexity and translate technical, process‐heavy content into simple, usable learning. What You'll Be Doing Translate complex mortgage processes and system changes into clear, user‐friendly learning Design task‐based, role‐specific learning for frontline teams Develop eLearning modules (Articulate Storyline / Rise) Create job aids, reference materials, training packs and walkthroughs Develop instructional videos when required Conduct or support gap analysis to identify learning needs Work closely with SMEs and Change teams to align learning to delivery milestones What We're Looking For Proven experience as an Instructional Designer in large transformation programs Strong ability to simplify complex content into \"human speak\" Hands‐on experience with Articulate 360 (essential) Experience with Camtasia or other video creation tools (highly desirable) Exposure to Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop) beneficial Experience with gap analysis / learning needs analysis Portfolio of instructional design work preferred Banking or financial services experience desirable Why This Role Work on a high‐impact mortgages transformation Strong likelihood of extension Hybrid working with Barangaroo location Competitive day rate of $843/day + super EEO and Privacy Talent Solutions as part of ManpowerGroup is committed to being a Diversity Confident Recruiter and encourages applications from people from a diverse range of backgrounds, including people with a disability.
