The Role Reporting to the State Sales Manager – NSW, this newly appointed Business Development Manager role will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth across the Foodservice channel throughout New South Wales. This is a true business development opportunity where you'll focus on identifying and securing new customers while also managing and growing an existing portfolio. Working closely with distributors, operators and key stakeholders, you'll execute strategic plans that align with broader business objectives and drive market share growth. Key responsibilities include:

- Driving new business acquisition and profitable sales growth across the NSW Foodservice channel.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships across key accounts and distributor networks.
- Developing and executing customer plans that support state and national sales objectives.
- Identifying market opportunities and implementing strategies to improve customer engagement and service levels.
- Managing sales forecasting, reporting and commercial performance within agreed parameters.
- Driving distribution and activation of new product launches across customer networks.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Contributing to a high-performance sales culture while demonstrating Patties Food Group's values in all interactions. This role is home-based with regular travel throughout New South Wales. The Person

To be successful in this role, you'll be a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities and delivering results. You will bring:

- Previous experience in Business Development, Account Management or Territory Management within FMCG, Foodservice or a related industry.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- The ability to influence and build lasting partnerships with customers and distributors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid planning, organisational and forecasting capabilities.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work autonomously.
