- Career defining role Firm This boutique firm is seeking to appoint an Associate/Senior Associate to their thriving corporate/commercial practice. Team advises on both private and public M&A; transactions, across a diverse range of industries. The firm is profitable, reliable and thriving. They enjoy a team based, collegiate culture. This is a newly created role due to growth. Role Our client is seeking an experienced corporate/commercial lawyer who prides themselves on their drafting skills, commercial acumen, technical expertise in M&A; transactions and an ability to build and sustain key client relationships. You will be working in a collegial, hard working team led by a highly rated partner who is committed to the career development of their lawyers. The team focuses on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate advisory and financial services. They also provide advice on general corporate and commercial matters such as ASX disclosure issues, corporate governance issues, directors’ duties and other general corporate securities law issues. You will have experience in liaising with regulatory bodies, including ASX and ASIC. Making a difference for a client drives this team, as such the clients are loyal and long-standing.
