We are currently expanding our team and looking for a qualified and hard-working Electrician (General) to join us – an interest in solar solutions is encouraged! We are seeking a talented Electrician with experience, to assist with servicing the Greater Sydney region of Australia, adding to our growing team. This is a full-time position, with the option to work additional flexible hours including weekends. Key Responsibilities Electricians ● Install, commission and maintain premium solar, battery and EV charging systems ● Interpret electrical drawings, system layouts and technical specifications to plan solar and battery installations ● Marking out installation positions for panels, inverters, switchboards and associated equipment ● Repairing or replacing damaged wiring, components and otherwise electrical equipment ● Connecting solar and battery solutions safely to mains power and existing electrical infrastructure ● Troubleshoot, fault-find and complete compliance documentation ● Deliver clean, professional work to a high standard ● Maintain strong safety and regulatory compliance ● Work collaboratively with the Eco Installations team and communicate confidently with clients Skills, Qualifications and Experience Electricians – Essential ● Minimum Certificate III Electrotechnology Electrician or other related qualification ● At least one year of full-time experience as an Electrician (solar qualified professionals are encouraged to apply) ● White Card ● Driver’s Licence (clean record) ● Working at Heights (or willing to obtain) Reliable, professional and safety-focused ● Robust communication and teamwork ● Comfortable working outdoors ● Takes pride in quality workmanship ● Motivated to grow within the renewable energy industry Highly Desirable ● CEC Solar PV Accreditation ● SAA Battery Accreditation (or willingness to obtain with company support) ● Previous solar/battery installation experience What We Offer ● Earnings: $180,000–$250,000+ OTE ● Stable workload — no dry periods, no uncertainty ● Fully maintained company vehicle, fuel card & tolls provided to the right candidate based on experience and performance ● Specialist solar tools supplied ● Clear progression to Team Leader, Specialist or Management roles ● Advanced upskilling: batteries, BESS, EV chargers, leadership and manufacturer training ● Supportive, professional team culture with regular social events ● Autonomy with accountability — run your day with full backing from the office Ready to Join a Team That Invests in Your Future?
