Program Development and Operations Partner (City of Sydney)

Program Development and Operations Partner Inservio Home supports patients, clinics, and pharmaceutical partners by simplifying access to specialty medicines and delivering end-to-end program solutions. The role We're seeking a Patient Services Program Development and Operations Partner to work with key stakeholders to define and embed an exceptional patient experience across our range of pharmaceutical programs. This role is focused on program development, implementation and execution—working across internal teams and pharmaceutical partners to ensure programs are built, launched, and maintained effectively, on time, and to a high standard. You will act as a central point of coordination across stakeholders, translating requirements into practical workflows, training materials, and scalable program processes. Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and pharmaceutical partners to design and launch new patient support programs.
- Contribute to program mechanics, workflows, and training materials for Patient Program team.
- Ensure programs align to strategic goals and remain compliant.
- Manage technical setup for recent programs.
- Act as the first escalation point for program‑related issues.
- Manage day‑to‑day engagement with pharmaceutical partners on program requirements and updates.
- Prepare and deliver monthly updates including operational insights.
- Support the creation and updating of program‑related marketing and stakeholder materials. About you You are a structured, delivery‑focused professional and confident working across multiple stakeholders. You will bring:
- Minimum 1‑2 years of program or project management experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem‑solving and troubleshooting expertise.
- Marketing acumen and strong attention to detail.
- Some experience in marketing is required to support program‑related materials.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Confidence working with systems, data, and operational workflows.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical programs, or regulated environments.
- Experience working with pharmaceutical companies on program development (advantageous).
- Relevant tertiary degree or strong equivalent experience. Work on meaningful healthcare programs that improve patient experience and outcomes.
