We're growing quick, with venues launching and campaigns to build, and we want someone who wants to grow with us. You'll own content across our entire venue portfolio, making content that builds real audiences and tells the stories behind great food, drink, and the people who make it. The role A background in social content creation is essential. This camera-first job. You'll move between restaurants, bars, and hotels, shooting the food, the drink, and the people who make it all happen. It moves fast, it's always different, and if you love hospitality, you'll love this. You'll own the full process. From planning shoots and running the day to editing and getting content out the door quickly. You'll work closely with our Senior Content Manager, who leads strategy and creative direction. Your job is to bring that to life on the day and have the instincts to make strong calls when things shift. Responsibilities
- Plan and write shoot briefs following strategy and campaign briefs
- Execute shoot days following a run-of-day schedule
- Direct chefs, front of house, and bar staff to get the best out of people who aren't used to being on camera
- Edit video and photo for reels, carousels, and stills to a consistent, high standard
- Turn around finished content quickly without it ever feeling rushed
- Manage a high-volume, multi-venue production schedule and stay ahead of it without being chased
- Manage the content calendar, writing captions and scheduling You
- 2+ years shooting and editing in food, hospitality, or a closely related environment
- Equally strong in photo and video, with fast, polished editing in CapCut or equivalent
- Experienced shooting on Sony ZV-E10 and iPhone, bonus points if you shoot on analog or love Super 8-style textures
- Comfortable with flash photography
- A natural with people; you can walk into a busy kitchen and take charge without disrupting service
- Organised enough to juggle multiple venues, shifting briefs, and a packed content calendar
- Flexible; shoots also happen when the venues are alive, which falls outside standard hours
