Job Title- Sr. Program Manager Location- Sydney (Onsite) Job Type- 12 months FTC Role Summary Seeking a Senior Program Manager with robust technical delivery depth to lead carriergrade Telco Cloud and 5G transformation programs. The role combines end-to-end program governance with hands‑on technical understanding across 5G Core, Telco NFVI, Ericsson CNIS, Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and multi‑vendor cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end program governance: integrated plans, milestones, RAID, and executive reporting
- Run structured delivery cadence (weekly, fortnightly, SteerCo)
- Manage multi‑vendor dependencies (OEMs, platform vendors, SIs, internal teams)
- Provide technically informed oversight across 5G Core, NFVI, CNIS, OpenShift, Kubernetes
- Drive wave‑based application onboarding from lab to production with gated readiness
- Embed cyber security / SRA as core delivery milestones
- Ensure transition‑to‑operations, documentation, and knowledge handover Required Experience
- 10+ years in Program Management, Technical Delivery, or Telco Cloud Architecture
- Proven delivery of carrier‑grade 5G and Telco Cloud programs
- Hands‑on experience with Ericsson NFVI / CNIS and Red Hat OpenShift
- Strong multi‑vendor and stakeholder management experience Mandatory Technical Skills
