- Custody Services (Securities Services) Location: Sydney Work Arrangement: Hybrid About the Role We are seeking a Manager
- Custody Services to support our Securities Services business within a leading banking environment. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality client service across custody operations, managing key client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of end-to-end asset servicing activities. You will be the point of contact for any escalation around Custody Services. Key Responsibilities
- Client Service & Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for custody clients, manage day-to-day relationships, handle queries and escalations, and deliver a consistently high level of client service while supporting retention and growth.
- Custody Operations & Service Delivery: Oversee end-to-end servicing across client onboarding, settlements, corporate actions, and asset servicing. Ensure timely and accurate execution while driving improvements in service quality, efficiency, and client outcomes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Product, and Compliance to deliver client solutions, enhance processes, and improve overall service experience.
- Risk, Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, proactively manage operational risk, support audits, and maintain strong governance and control frameworks. About You
- 5+ years' experience in Custody, Securities Services, or Fund Services and within financial/banking industry
- Strong experience in settlements, corporate actions, onboarding, and custody operations
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and complex issues
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
