- Oversee the cleaning and laundry services team members of the Home to ensure they maintain the standards and timelines required.
- Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and maintained at a high standard at all times.
- Act as a liaison between residents, families, and management advocating for the best interests of our residents. To be Successful in This Role You'll Need

- Understanding of workplace health and safety.
