The Display Showroom Customer Service Assistant
- based in our Epping, St Leonards and Waterloo showroom ???? $35–$42 per hour ???? Minimum 25 hours weekly (available to work weekends as required) ???? Epping, St Leonards and Waterloo The Display Showroom Customer Service Assistant is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience within our display suites. This role supports the daily presentation, customer service, and event operations of the showroom/display suite, ensuring the space is welcoming, well-maintained, and presented to the highest standard at all times. Ensure the space is tidy, functional, and ready for visitors at the beginning and end of each day. Customer Greeting and Service Greet all visitors warmly and professionally. Ensure all guests enjoy a high level of service and a positive, memorable experience. Event and Function Support: Assist in the setup and smooth running of events / promotional functions. Be on hand to support visitors and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the display during events. General Cleaning and Maintenance Always maintain a clean and well-presented showroom. Perform light cleaning tasks and ensure furniture, décor, and promotional materials are neat and in order. Coffee Machine Maintenance Check and maintain the coffee machine daily Sandwich Preparation (On request): Prepare sandwiches as required and instructed by staff Cheeseboard and Snack Presentation (On request): Prepare and present a cheeseboard along with dips, crackers, dried fruit and nuts.
