About the Role Lumus Imaging Liverpool is seeking an experienced Sonographer to step into a rewarding training and mentorship role. This is a unique opportunity for a Sonographer who has a genuine passion for education and professional development. You will play a pivotal role in upskilling our existing sonography team while also guiding and mentoring trainees who are current to the field. - Delivering hands‑on clinical training to sonographers at varying levels of experience
- Mentoring and supporting trainees
- Identifying skill gaps and developing tailored upskilling programs
- Maintaining your own clinical practice to stay at the forefront of the field
- Collaborating with site leadership to drive a culture of continuous learning Qualifications
- Extensive clinical sonography experience across a broad range of modalities
- A genuine passion for teaching, mentoring and developing others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ASAR registration
- Previous training or education experience highly regarded Offer
