NetSuite Principal Consultant (Sydney) (City of Sydney)

- Leading end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations, from discovery through to go-live and optimisation
- Acting as the senior point of contact for clients—advising on best practice, architecture, and scalable solutions
- Driving workshops, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into functional solutions
- Overseeing integrations, data migration, and system enhancements
- Troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring high system performance post-implementation
- Mentoring consultants and shaping delivery standards across the team What we're looking for:
- Proven experience delivering NetSuite implementations in a lead or principal capacity
- Solid functional knowledge across core NetSuite modules (Finance, CRM, SCM, etc.)
- Experience working across multiple industries (Manufacturing, Services, Wholesale, etc. highly regarded)
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and running client workshops
- A hands‑on approach with the ability to balance strategy and execution
