- Learning Program coordinator & Administration – Support the implementation of learning programs.
- Coordinate logistics for learning sessions.
- Liaise with external training providers and vendors to organise learning programs.
- Learning Management System Administration
- Manage LMS content, ensuring courses, learning pathways, and materials are up-to-date, accessible, and engaging.
- Assist in uploading, testing, and maintaining eLearning content and modules.
- Generate LMS reports.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Act as the first point of contact for L&D-related; queries from employees and managers, providing guidance on available learning opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Capability & Learning Specialist to align learning initiatives with workforce.
- Learning Design Support
- Assist in the development of learning materials, presentations, and participant guides to support in-house development programs.
- Learning Facilitation Support
- Support the delivery of training sessions by managing logistics, preparing learning materials, and assisting facilitators to ensure a seamless learning experience for participants.
- Deliver selected workshops, such as induction, compliance refreshers, or professional development workshops, as appropriate for the role and skill level.
- Reporting
- Gather and analyse learner feedback, engagement data, and training evaluation results to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in preparing L&D; reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leaders. Skills and Knowledge
- Previous experience in Learning & Development, HR, or training administration.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS), including content management, reporting, testing and troubleshooting.
- Prior experience in facilitating or co-facilitating training sessions.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong administrative and data management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Effective communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external providers.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach with a high level of initiative and customer service orientation.
