Ensures that general enquiries are handled whilst delivering service excellence through each guest experience, and appropriately communicates with the team in relation to room requests/check-out changes, etc. Overall, should be able to balance the needs of their team, their guests, and the business itself, while maintaining a focus on excellence and continuous improvement.
