On the Operations Executive role at Tiffany & Co., you will oversee all back‑of‑house operations, coordinating merchandising, customer service, and client services, reporting to the Store Manager. Responsibilities
- Inventory management: stock control, cycle count accuracy, shrinkage mitigation, and ensuring appropriate assortment and model stock levels.
- Supervise customer service functions, including repairs, servicing orders, and post‑sale offerings.
- Supervise client services: telephone enquiries, stock availability, and post‑sale offerings.
- Oversee receiving and shipping functions, liaising with transportation, freight forwarders, Australian Customs, and clearing/customs agents to ensure local compliance.
- Partner with store management to ensure back‑of‑house processes and systems support required service standards.
- Manage, coach, develop, and train staff. Qualifications
- Tertiary Certificate or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years retail stock management or inventory control, preferably in the jewellery industry.
- Problem‑solving ability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven multitasking experience with ability to meet deadlines.
- Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and MIPS.
