- Manage a tidy portfolio of approx. 120 properties
- Full end‑to‑end property management (no accounts)
- Support across ingoings, routines and outgoings
- Work within a collaborative, high‑support team environment
- Strong leadership and direct access to senior management

- Current Certificate of Registration, Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Previous experience managing your own rental portfolio
- Knowledge of PropertyMe or Property Tree software is highly regarded
- Strong communication and ability to manage a portfolio autonomously
