ROLE IN A NUTSHELL We’re seeking an experienced Concession Store Manager (Part Time) to lead our Brand Collective Footwear team at Myer Liverpool. You’ll drive day-to-day operations and be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a leadership role focused on inspiring a high-performing team, sharing deep product knowledge across multiple brands, and building strong connections with both customers and the in-store Myer team. Note that this is a Part Time position. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Leading and developing your concession team to exceed KPIs and deliver unforgettable shopping experiences
- Creating a culture of customer-centric service through active coaching and mentorship
- Maintaining a safe and supportive workplace, with operational excellence always front of mind
- Managing product handling, loss prevention, visual merchandising and stock control
- Recruiting, training, and growing the team’s skills and capabilities
- Collaborating with Myer partners on sales-driving, marketing, and visual merchandising opportunities
- Championing our brands through in-depth knowledge of our footwear and accessories offering ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in concession or store-level retail leadership
- A passion for footwear, fashion and creating authentic, memorable service moments
- Skilled in providing tailored product recommendations with confidence
