- Leading day‑to‑day operations of the venue, ensuring operational excellence across team performance, guest experience, and product quality.
- Building, developing and engaging high‑performing teams through effective people leadership.
- Developing team capability across product knowledge and service standards to consistently exceed guest expectations and business objectives.
- Creating a vibrant, welcoming workplace while maintaining exceptional venue presentation standards at all times.
- Ensuring all regulatory compliance to governing bodies and Merivale's policies and procedures.
- Supporting the seamless execution of events and group bookings.
- Managing financial controls, including labour, revenue, cogs and venue performance. Reward
