Who we’re looking for: This is an exciting time to join Multiplex NSW working on some of the most iconic construction projects in Sydney. Joining the team as an Administration Assistant on this mega Data Centre project at Horsley Park you will play an key role managing sub contractor compliance and provide administrative and coordination support to the project team, with a specific focus on the efficient administration of subcontractor documentation, records, communications and processes. The role will also provide broader, day‑to‑day administrative support to the project team to ensure the smooth running of site operations. With a strong interest in construction and finance, we’re looking for someone who brings experience from a fast‑paced administrative environment, a proactive, can‑do attitude and a strong work ethic. You’ll be confident in negotiating and influencing, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Previous exposure to construction projects is highly advantageous but not essential — you’ll quickly learn the lingo! Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills are key, along with a high level of attention to detail and adaptability.
