We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Head of Finance for a 12‑month fixed‑term parental leave cover. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead Rosterfy’s financial operations, ensure compliance and reporting standards are upheld, drive process improvement, and partner with the executive team on strategic and commercial decisions. The role suits a finance leader who thrives in a scale‑up SaaS setting and balances operational rigour with commercial input. Job requirements
- 7+ years in accounting or financial management, with proven experience overseeing operational finance in start‑ups or scale‑ups, ideally enterprise SaaS.
- ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent accounting qualification required.
- Advanced expertise in Xero, with experience managing global operations across the UK, Australia and the US.
