About Garner Garner partners with high-growth companies to accelerate revenue through outbound lead generation, appointment setting, and end-to-end sales support . We don’t do generic outreach. We build tailored outbound strategies that create awareness, generate qualified opportunities, and fuel predictable pipeline growth for our clients. As an SDR at Garner, you’ll be on the front line of that growth. The Role As a Sales Development Representative , you’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities on behalf of our clients. You’ll work across multiple client campaigns and industries, representing each client’s brand with confidence and professionalism. Your core focus will be outbound activity — engaging decision-makers, uncovering opportunities, and booking high-quality meetings that convert into real revenue. Your responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound cold calls and follow-ups to targeted prospects
- Qualifying leads and booking meetings with key decision-makers
- Managing multiple client campaigns and adapting messaging by industry
- Building strong rapport and uncovering genuine business pain points
- Hitting and exceeding activity and performance KPIsIdentifying partnership and upsell opportunities where relevant This is a role for someone who enjoys being accountable, competitive, and outcome-driven — and who wants to sharpen their sales craft fast.
