About the role We are looking for a collaborative and inspiring Live‑in Property Manager to lead this great Eco property. - Inspiring and developing your team. Recruiting, mentoring and coaching a passionate, motivated small team of up to 5, creating a culture where people want to work and build a career in hospitality.
- Managing budgets and controlling costs to maximise profitability and efficiency without compromising our guest or team experience.
- Collaborating with our support offices to align marketing, partnerships and promotions of the property are strategically aligned with our values and growth plans.
- Driving operational excellence whilst creating an workplace where the curious come to connect with local and genuine experiences.
- Ensuring our compliance and quality control remain of the highest standards whilst supporting our inclusive, sustainable practices.
- Maintaining relationships with local community groups and businesses. What are we looking for
- Proven successful leadership in hotels or the accommodation industry as General Manager, Hotel Manager or similar.
- Passion for being creative and thinking differently, embracing local culture and offerings.
- Financial acumen and budget management experience with a similar style accommodation property.
- An advocate for change and constant evolution to ensure best practice and innovative leadership.
