Software Co is building a brand-new outbound sales function, and we're looking for a player-coach to lead the outbound sales department. This is a player-coach role: you'll personally own a top-tier account portfolio AND coach 3-5 SDRs to do the same. You'll build and own the outbound playbook, build the cadence, run the floor, and report directly to the managing director. We help enterprise and mid-market clients build serious software. Over the past year, we've launched products now scaling past eight figures in revenue, and we've cut typical delivery timelines in half using AI-assisted development. The demand for our services has never been stronger. What you'll do
- Personally prospect into enterprise and mid-market accounts.
- Coach three SDRs — live calls, recorded reviews, weekly 1:1s.
- Own and iterate the outbound playbook (scripts, sequences, qualification).
- Run daily stand-ups and weekly pipeline reviews.
- Report performance and forecast to leadership. You'll thrive here if you have
- 5+ years in B2B outbound, selling services or tech to enterprise / mid-market.
- A genuine track record of generating pipeline — bring the numbers.
- Coached or led SDRs before (formally or informally).
- Fluency with modern sales stack: CRM, sales engagement, conversation intelligence.
