About The Role As one of our Fulfilment Managers, you\'ll play an integral role in managing and maintaining stock levels to drive sales and customer satisfaction. We\'re looking for a driven people leader who has a keen eye for detail and is passionate about inventory management and stock control. - Create team succession plans and deliver regular training to store team to inspire them to continuously improve
- Elevate your team through regular coaching and mentoring and empower them to be self-sufficient and achieve accuracy across store inventory levels
- Collaborate with store leaders to understand customer needs for key store events and peak trade periods to achieve maximum revenue growth
