Position: Café / Restaurant Manager Location: Port Macquarie & Kempsey (3 stores) Visa Pathway: 485 welcome | 482/494 sponsorship available after 6–12 months ANZSCO: 141111 (Café or Restaurant Manager) About Us Pho Home operates three busy Vietnamese restaurants across Port Macquarie and Kempsey. We are expanding and seeking a skilled, organised, and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee operations across all three locations. This is a fantastic prospect for someone seeking long-term growth with a supportive business. Key Responsibilities (Critical Role Duties) Store Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations across all 3 stores
- Ensure consistent food quality, customer service, and presentation
- Manage stock ordering, supplier relationships, and inventory
- Maintain compliance with WHS and food safety standards Team Leadership & Training
- Recruit, train, supervise, and roster staff
- Lead a positive and performance-driven team culture
- Coach staff to deliver high service standards Financial & Performance Management
- Monitor store performance, labour costs, and profitability
- Prepare basic reports and support budgeting processes
- Implement strategies to improve efficiency and sales Customer Experience
- Resolve customer issues professionally
- Ensure a welcoming, warm environment in each store Growth & Improvement
- Assist with menu improvements and marketing promotions
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations Requirements
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Café Manager, or Supervisor
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple stores and lead diverse teams
- Understanding of customer service, stock control, and basic reporting
