CRM Specialist – Global Fashion E-Commerce Brand (Sydney) We’re partnering with a quick-growing global fashion e-commerce brand headquartered in Sydney (Alexandria) to appoint a CRM Specialist. You’ll sit within a high-performing Digital Marketing team, working closely with Performance Marketing, Data and Creative in a fast-paced, highly commercial environment. The Opportunity This role owns the end-to-end CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy across a global customer base. You’ll be responsible for shaping how millions of customers experience the brand post‑click, building intelligent, personalised journeys that drive acquisition, retention, re‑engagement and long‑term customer value. It’s a hands‑on, high‑impact role where CRM sits right at the centre of growth strategy, with clear visibility across senior stakeholders and commercial outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing
- Own CRM strategy across email, SMS and lifecycle marketing globally
- Design and optimise end-to-end customer journeys (welcome, browse, abandon, post-purchase, win‑back, retention)
- Build segmentation and personalisation frameworks to improve targeting and conversion
- Deliver high‑performing campaign execution across CRM channels
- Analyse customer behaviour, campaign performance and lifecycle metrics to drive continuous optimisation
- Partner with Data & Tech teams to improve CRM systems, tracking and reporting capability
- Work closely with Creative and Performance Marketing to ensure consistent, high‑converting customer messaging
- Identify opportunities to improve customer lifetime value through smarter lifecycle strategies What They’re Looking For
- Around 5+ years’ experience in CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing
- Background in e‑commerce, retail or digital‑first consumer brands (fast‑paced environment essential)
- Strong hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar
- Proven experience building segmentation, automation and lifecycle journeys
- Confident working with data, dashboards and performance analysis to inform decisions
- Strong commercial mindset, focused on revenue, retention and customer value
- Ability to collaborate across performance, creative and technical teams
