- Work alongside a supportive department head with excellent training and explicit systems

- Admin support provided What you’ll be doing
- Manage a portfolio of approx. 150 properties with long-term landlords
- Conduct routine and outgoing inspections
- Processing applications and assisting with incoming inspections
- Sending notices and managing rental arrears
- Negotiating lease renewals and issuing breach notices when needed
- Liaising with owners, tenants, and external stakeholders
- Delivering exceptional customer service What we’re looking for
- Previous experience managing your own rental portfolio
- Certificate of Registration / Real Estate License required
- Proficiency in Property Tree, SNUG, Inspection Express, Agentbox is highly regarded
