- Work as part of a team to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in our residents rooms
- Supporting your peers and maintaining a co‑operative team spirit
- Working in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents, closely following all policies and procedures Qualifications
- A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
- Solid communication skills and a positive attitude
- Previous experience working as a cleaner, ideally
- Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people
- Ability to establish and maintain qualified and appropriate relationships with residents and their families
- A reliable team player
