Role Technical Lead Experience 10+ Years Location Sydney Technical Skills
- Hands on experience in framework creation and reusable component development.
- Strong understanding of SQL and experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2012 and Oracle 11g.
- Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, SOAPUI) and unit testing frameworks (JUnit).
- Hands‑on experience with version control systems and issue tracking tools.
- Exposure to application monitoring and server access tools.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in Agile and waterfall methodologies. Main Duties / Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with external systems and databases.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
- Work with DevOps teams to deploy applications in cloud or on‑prem environments.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications based on client feedback and evolving business needs.
- Prepare technical documentation including design specifications, user guides, and deployment instructions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate with offshore teams for development and support activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks and report progress to client stakeholders.
