Freelance Paid Media Consultant Leading Renewable Energy Company | Sydney | 2 Days/Week | $800
- $1000/day (DOE) We're partnering with a top Australian company that helps homeowners get set up with solar and battery solutions. They're all about quality and making sure customers get lasting value. As they expand across the country, they need a talented Freelance Paid Media Consultant to boost their online advertising results. This is a hands-on role, crucial for getting new leads. Working two days a week, you'll be running and optimising our paid campaigns (mainly on Meta and Google Ads). A big part of what you'll do is also mentor their internal Marketing Specialist, teaching them the ropes and helping them get better at paid media. What You'll Be Doing:
- Plan and run campaigns that hit targets for how many leads, how good they are, and how much they cost.
- Look after budgets, targeting, testing different ads, and making ongoing improvements.
- Show an internal Marketing Specialist the best ways to do paid media and help them grow their skills.
- Create and put in place best practices.
- Work with sales and operations teams to make sure campaigns are aligned with business goals. Who We're Looking For:
- Solid, hands-on experience running and optimising paid media campaigns, especially on Meta & Google Ads.
- Comfortable working towards specific cost-per-lead and volume targets.
- Enjoy training/mentoring juniors.
- Available for 2 days per week.
- Based in Sydney. Experience in solar, energy, home improvement, or similar industries is a bonus, but your paid media skills and willingness to teach are what matter most. Why This Opportunity?
