About the Company We are currently partnering with multiple high-performing real estate agencies across Sydney’s Inner West that are actively seeking experienced Sales Associates to support leading agents and directors. These opportunities are ideal for candidates who have already built strong real estate fundamentals and are looking to continue developing within structured, high-performing sales environments. You will be joining established agencies that can provide strong mentorship, active sales volume, proven systems, and long-term career progression. Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and lead generation
- Buyer management and ongoing client communication
- Assisting with appraisals and listing presentations
- Vendor and purchaser communication
- Coordinating open homes and sales campaigns
- Supporting high-performing agents with day-to-day sales activities
- Building relationships within the local market and growing market presence About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in real estate, preferably as a Sales Associate
- Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
- Robust organisation and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Motivated, proactive, and career-driven
- Comfortable working in fast-paced sales environments
- Ability to work with a level of independence while taking direction and mentorship
