The role involves managing daily administrative operations, handling phone and email communication, coordinating meetings and schedules, and performing clerical tasks to support executive staff. The selected candidate will also play a key role in maintaining organized records and ensuring the office operates smoothly. Qualifications Robust administrative and clerical skills to manage schedules, maintain records, and oversee office operations. Proficiency in executive administrative assistance to support senior staff efficiently. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
