About the role : What Your Day Looks Like:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls with customers
- Guide customers through quotes and recommend the right cover
- Convert enquiries into sales
- Meet daily targets and quality standards
- Stay compliant with regulatory requirements
- Continuously build your product knowledge and sales skills What We're Looking For:
- Results-driven sales mindset
- Strong communicator with genuine customer focus
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced contact centre environment with KPIs
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
