In this leadership support role, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, coach and develop your team, and drive the store's success. - Bring a premium, service‑focused approach to drive sales, hit KPIs, and make your mark in a high‑profile store launch.

- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly store, team and individual performance – celebrate wins and close the gaps.
- Bring the energy to visual merchandising, stock management, and shrink prevention.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and high‑performing environment for your team and customers. What you Bring
- 1+ years of Assistant Management experience in a rapid‑paced retail environment.
- Strong commercial acumen – you know your sales figures, wage %, and stock metrics.
- Passion for people development and a proven record of team success.
- A high attention to detail – your floor is always on point.
- Operationally savvy with experience in rostering, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
