Permanent opportunity for an SAP SuccessFactors Talent Functional Consultant based in Sydney, focused on delivering and optimising the full talent suite. Duties
- Lead configuration and optimisation across SuccessFactors Talent modules
- Gather requirements and translate into functional solutions
- Support implementations, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs
- Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and documentation Skills & experience
- Strong experience across SuccessFactors Talent modules: Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Career Development Planning, Learning Management System (LMS), or Compensation
- Proven end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation or support experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills
- Ability to configure and optimise Talent modules independently
- SAP SuccessFactors certification highly regarded
