Commercial Analyst / Management Accountant (Sydney)

An exciting opportunity exists for a commercially minded Management Accountant to join a well-established and highly regarded Sydney-based property group. Reporting into the Finance team, this role will support the end-to-end financial management of a high-performing Property Management division. The successful candidate will play a key role in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, business partnering, process improvement, and delivering valuable commercial insights that support strategic decision-making. You will also have a core responsibility in improving processes and systems to drive innovation through technology and AI. You will possess
- A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- CA or CPA qualification (or working towards completion) highly regarded.
- Previous experience in management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Excel skills, with financial modelling experience viewed favourably.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
