As a Compliance Manager, you will provide practical compliance and regulatory advice to our Futures Execution and Futures Clearing businesses. You will assess regulatory risks, partner with business and risk stakeholders to address compliance matters, and contribute to effective risk management outcomes. Acting as a key representative for Compliance, you will build strong relationships across internal stakeholders, committees, and industry bodies. Your ability to interpret regulations and deliver clear, balanced advice will be central to supporting a energetic and fast‑evolving business. What you offer
- A sound understanding of financial markets, particularly listed markets, with knowledge or experience in futures products
- A solution‑focused approach with strong commercial awareness and an interest in applying complex regulatory requirements in a practical way
