- Own and manage IT issues relating to sovereign applications, ensuring timely and effective resolution in line with security policies, compliance requirements and firm strategy.
- Engage and coordinate with business owners, Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), internal and global IT teams, Enterprise Architecture (EA), vendors and other stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver support outcomes.
- Oversee core IT owner responsibilities including data classification, disaster recovery and business continuity reviews, QMSE audits, SailPoint reviews and integration requirements, SSL/digital certificate renewals, ARR activities, AI risk assessments, incident management, change management and vulnerability remediation.
- Provide hands‑on Level 1 to Level 3 technical support across applications and infrastructure, including user and group administration, CyberArk and server access audits, patching, and application upgrades.
- Liaise with networking, hosting, and support teams to escape issues appropriately and secure specialist expertise for problem resolution.
- Provide technical support and advisory services for SQL databases and Angular‑based services to support application stability, governance and optimization.
- Contribute to support strategy, documentation, operational governance and continuous improvement of service delivery. What we’re looking for:
- Strong decision‑making capability, with the ability to assess complex technical issues quickly and take decisive action aligned to security and business priorities.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build trusted relationships across business, technical and vendor groups.
- Proven capability in delivering Level 1 to Level 3 technical support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution across application and infrastructure environments.
- Sound understanding of security and compliance practices, including identity and access management, certificate management, vulnerability remediation, audit readiness and policy adherence.
- Experience in incident, change, and problem management within ITSM or ITIL-aligned environments.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across cross‑functional teams including operations, hosting, networking, architecture and global support teams.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server environments and familiarity with Angular-based services and related application support considerations.
- Experience managing third‑party vendors and coordinating external support for upgrades, maintenance, and issue resolution. Required Software & Tools Experience:
- Identity & Access Management: SailPoint, CyberArk.
- Database: Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), SQL Server.
- Programming / Scripting: Basic knowledge of Angular framework and Visual Studio.
- Application Tools: Alteryx and other vendor‑specific applications relevant to Assurance or sovereign applications.
- Security: SSL/digital certificate management tools, vulnerability scanning and patch management solutions.
- ITSM Tools: Incident and change management platforms such as ServiceNow and JIRA.
- Collaboration & Communication: Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Confluence, SharePoint.
- Monitoring & Analytics: Application and Windows‑based monitoring/logging tools, including event logs and application logs. What you’ll gain:
