Your New Role Technology drives modern banking, and WIB Technology plays a critical role in shaping cutting-edge financial solutions that power global markets. As part of the program, you’ll get to witness the action on the trading floor, collaborate with market specialists, and unpack what happens at the heart of institutional banking. Over 12 months, you’ll be embedded in an WIB Technology team, gaining expertise in areas such as software engineering, digital solutions, business analysis, and more. Midway through the program, you’ll rotate to another WIB team to broaden your skills and explore new opportunities. You’ll work closely with mentors, senior leaders, and industry experts who are invested in your success. - To be in in your final year of study of a university degree, or
- You can have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, but it must be no more than three years ago.
