With a collaborative, supportive team environment, they're looking for a Graduate Proposals Coordinator who can bring energy, creativity, and sharp writing skills to help the business win work and showcase their capabilities. The role This role is perfect for someone who loves persuasive writing and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in supporting the preparation of dynamic proposals, capability statements, quotes and broader tender submissions that tell a compelling story about the firm's expertise and achievements. Key responsibilities
- Coordinate, draft, and design engaging proposals, capability statements, quotes and tender documents.
- Work closely with senior consultants and business leaders to understand client needs and tailor messaging.
- Ensure all written materials are clear, persuasive, and aligned with brand and tone of voice.
- Maintain and update proposal content, case studies, and project information for re-use.
- Support internal communications initiatives where required, ensuring consistency and professionalism across the business.
- Manage timelines and deadlines to ensure smooth delivery of submissions. About you
- 1+ years' experience in a communications, proposals, or marketing role (professional services or property industry experience highly regarded).
- Outstanding writing skills
- persuasive, concise, and adaptable across formats.
- Robust eye for detail and ability to translate technical information into engaging content.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Confident, collaborative, and comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite ( Canva exposure a bonus but not essential). What's on offer
