- Manage a well-maintained, high end portfolio of only 160 properties
- Office-based role focused on landlord and tenant care
- Handle NCAT matters when required
- No leasing, no routine inspections, and no accounts work – allowing you to focus on client relationships and portfolio performance What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in end-to-end portfolio management
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Confident communication skills and a professional approach
